The Puppet Folk Experience – simply put we are puppet folk who love performing an acoustic live tribute to The Muppets and celebrating the creative spirit of Jim Henson.
ABOUT US
We started out in the Summer of 2025 at a small acoustic night in Leigh, Greater Manchester, UK. Armed with a banjo and a frog, we wanted to surprise the locals with a fun little tribute to one of our favourite puppet characters.
What happened next was wholly unexpected; we shared clips of our performance online and immediately struck a chord, with our renditions of Muppet classics touching people across the world on social media.
Since then we’ve continued to delight audiences online and on stage with our heartfelt renditions of Muppet classics and a few hand-picked songs and characters of our own. Viewers call the act “wholesome,” “magical,” and “like a hug from childhood.”
Expect laughter, nostalgia, and maybe a few happy tears.
